Wargaming.net wants to copy the success of World of Tanks, in an ambitious effort to hire new talents, open new offices, and develop more MMOs.


The publisher behind World of Warplanes announced last week the development of its Battleship MMO, promising some features seen through fast-paced MMORPGs.

Obviously, the developer Wargaming.net are working alongside the unpublished World of Warplanes and third match in the World of Tanks.

The release date was not yet known, but the battleship MMO probably comes only after World of Warplanes.

The exact content of World of Battleships is not yet well understood. As confirmed at this year's Gamescom, the game may allow experienced players to fight for water territories.
