Messed Up Interface

I was playing normally, but when I went to move my task panel I couldn't let go of it. I tried clicking around and stuff but it kept following my mouse until it eventually just disappeared. I looked for any ways to bring it up with a shortcut key or maybe just an interface reset button but found nothing. Any way I can fix this?

I managed to fix this so if anyways encounters the same problem just delete your cookies for eDragon and restart your browser.
